Legal Services

The Immigration Center for Women and Children (ICWC) provides affordable and pro bono legal services to immigrant women and children who are victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault, and other violent crimes.

ICWC helps clients navigate complex immigration processes, offering assistance with:

• Asylum for Unaccompanied Children
• Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
• Immigration Court Help Desk (ICH)
• Legal Orientation Program for Custodians (LOPC)
• Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
• U and T Visas (Victims of Trafficking and Violence) Violence Against Women (VAWA)

Counties served in Nevada:  Clark, Esmeralda, Nye, Washoe.

Counties Served in California:

• San Francisco office: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo.
• Los Angeles office: Los Angeles, Orange.
• San Diego office: San Diego
