Legal Assistance

St. Francis Community Services' Catholic Immigration Law Project Catholic Legal Assistance Ministry (CLAM) in St. Louis provides free or low-cost immigration legal help for children and families with limited income. They assist with deportation defense (help in immigration court), asylum (for those fleeing harm), adjustment of status (to become permanent residents), and naturalization (for eligible immigrants).

They also help victims of crime or domestic violence apply for protection, such as U visas or VAWA. CLAM can support with guardianship cases for minors and offers Know Your Rights education.

Services are for low-income individuals in the St. Louis region.
