Legal Services

Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid provides free immigration legal services to low-income individuals and vulnerable populations across Minnesota. Their Immigration Law Project helps with citizenship, green cards, DACA, TPS, asylum, U/T visas, VAWA petitions, and removal defense. They assist survivors of abuse, trafficking, and people with medical or mental health needs. Services are offered through offices in Minneapolis, St. Cloud, and Willmar, as well as clinics and outreach programs. Staff speak multiple languages, and interpreters are available. All services are confidential, and no information is shared with immigration authorities. Help is available by phone, online, or at in-person legal clinics.
