Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver offers a range of legal immigration services to individuals throughout Colorado and Wyoming. Their services include:

• Deportation defense
• Consultations to assess immigration options and eligibility
• Family-based immigration petitions (e.g., green cards through relatives)
• Naturalization and citizenship applications
• Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewals
• Temporary Protected Status (TPS) applications
• Work permit applications
• Refugee and asylee services, including adjustment of status Support with affidavits of support and waivers.

 

They prioritize low-income individuals and offer services on a sliding fee scale with bilingual staff available and an initial $35 consultation fee. Additional support includes legal clinics, counseling, early childhood education, housing, food assistance, diapers, kinship and family support, senior services, and emergency financial aid.
