Catholic Charities of Central Colorado provides immigration legal services to low-income individuals and families in Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, and surrounding areas in Colorado.
Their services are accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice and offers legal support for removal defense, asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, family-based petitions, VAWA self-petitions for domestic violence survivors, consular processing, record renewals (such as work authorization and DACA renewal), visas for crime and trafficking victims (U and T visas), and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) applications.
Legal help is offered on a sliding-fee scale or at low cost for eligible clients. Services are offered in English and Spanish, including “Know Your Rights” presentations.
In addition to immigration legal help, they provide food, clothing, and rent assistance, employment and financial guidance, meals and housing support for people experiencing homelessness, parenting resources for mothers, and programs for seniors and children.
