They offer free legal help when funding allows, including support with U Visas (for crime victims), T Visas (for trafficking survivors), VAWA (for victims of abuse by legal residents), and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (for minors harmed by a parent). They also help with asylum and green card applications. Deportation defense is rare and only offered when their caseload allows. Services are trauma-informed and culturally sensitive.
