Erie House has a team of lawyers and accredited immigration representatives who help with asylum, defending people facing deportation (removal), applying for a green card (adjustment of status), family-based petitions, and “special immigrant juvenile status” for undocumented minors. They also handle cases for victims of crimes (U-visa), survivors of domestic violence (VAWA), and “T visa”/trafficking-victim cases when eligible. For children who came to the US as minors and now live here, they may help with legal status through SIJS or related protections.
They offer these services to immigrants and immigrant youth legal screenings, representation at hearings or applications, and help filling out forms.
