Catholic Charities of South Carolina gives low-cost legal help to immigrants.
They can help with green card applications, family petitions, citizenship, DACA, and TPS. They also help people who have been hurt by crime through U visas or the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).&nbsp;
They don&rsquo;t handle asylum cases or deportation (removal) defense.
You must live in South Carolina and make an appointment.&nbsp;
Some fees apply, based on your income.&nbsp;
Services are offered in English and Spanish.
Additional Information: They offer dental and wellbeing services, food banks and referrals.
