The Immigrant Youth Advocacy Program in Pennsylvania gives free legal help to children and young people who came to the U.S. alone.
Lawyers provide defense in immigration court. They also help apply for protections like Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, asylum, or visas for victims of crime or trafficking.
The program works with schools, foster care, and child welfare agencies, and offers “Know Your Rights” sessions.
