Equal Access Legal Services is a nonprofit law firm offering affordable immigration legal services to low- and middle-income individuals and families.

Their services include removal and deportation defense, green card and asylum applications, naturalization and citizenship assistance, and more.

They operate on a sliding fee scale ranging from $50 to $170 per hour, depending on income and family size, with an initial consultation fee of $75 ($85 if conducted in Spanish).

Although based in Philadelphia, they also represent clients in Newark and Elizabeth, New Jersey.
