Comprehensive Services

Catholic Charities of Philadelphia’s Immigration Legal Services provides low-cost immigration assistance, including naturalization and citizenship applications, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, employment and travel authorization, green card renewal or replacement, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), religious worker visas, U and T visas, VAWA relief, and asylum.

The office also represents clients before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Walk-ins are not accepted, and detention cases are not handled.

Other services available through Catholic Charities of Philadelphia include food assistance, housing and shelter support, programs for at-risk children and youth, senior center activities, and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Counties served: Berks, Bucks, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, Schuylkill, York.
