EBCC (East Boston Community Council) provides free or low-cost services for immigrants in Boston, MA. They help with immigration paperwork like work permits, green cards, citizenship, asylum, TPS, family petitions, DACA, and NACARA. They offer help filling out forms, filing with USCIS, and representing people before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). EBCC also runs youth programs with after-school help, summer activities, leadership training, and university access campaigns. Adults can take English classes, citizenship classes, and computer skills workshops. EBCC also offers case management, mental health counseling, and voter education. Services are available to people with and without legal status.
