Legal Services

Central West Justice Center (CWJC) offers free legal consultations and representation to low-income residents of Central and Western Massachusetts seeking humanitarian immigration relief. Services include assistance with Violence Against Women Act petitions, U visas for crime victims, T visas for trafficking victims, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status for abused or neglected children, asylum applications, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). CWJC also provides community education on immigration law topics
