Legal Services

Catholic Charities Boston (CCAB) offers immigration legal services to newcomers, including legal consultations and assistance with immigration benefits such as political asylum, naturalization, and family reunification. 

CCAB is currently unable to accept new legal cases but provides referral lists to other options in the area upon request. Additionally, their Immigration Court Helpdesk offers free assistance and legal information to unrepresented individuals in removal proceedings at the Boston Immigration Court. 

Language capacity: Spanish, Russian, Armenian, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Creole, and French.
