Legal Aid of North Carolina’s Immigration Pathways for Victims (IMMPAV) offers free legal help to immigrants in North Carolina who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking.
They assist with applying for U visas, T visas, self-petitions under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), green cards, and defending against deportation.
Their team also helps with protective orders, family law issues, housing, and public benefits.
There are no income or immigration status restrictions for survivors seeking help.
