Mid-South Immigration Advocates

Mid-South Immigration Advocates (MIA) is a nonprofit law firm in Memphis, Tennessee, offering free or low-cost immigration legal services to low-income individuals and families. Their services include assistance with Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Consular Processing, Employment Authorization, Naturalization/Citizenship, Removal Hearings, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), T visas, U visas, and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions. MIA provides direct representation before USCIS and immigration courts, including the Board of Immigration Appeals. They support immigrant children and youth, especially those who have experienced abuse or neglect, through their Children's Project. Services are available in English and Spanish.
