Advocates for Immigrant Rights (AIR) is a nonprofit organization based in Memphis, Tennessee, dedicated to providing free legal services to immigrants, especially those facing detention or deportation.

They offer representation in immigration court and assist with applications for asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), T visas, U visas, and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions. AIR also supports clients with family-based petitions, naturalization, and other immigration matters.

Their services are available to low-income individuals, including unaccompanied children and survivors of violence or trafficking. AIR collaborates with other organizations to ensure comprehensive support for their clients.
