Catholic Charities Atlanta provides immigration legal services to low-income individuals and families.

Services relevant to unaccompanied children include asylum applications, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), T and U visas, and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions.

The organization also assists with adjustment of status and removal hearings for children and families.

Pro-bono legal support is available for survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other crimes.

Eligibility is limited to individuals who cannot otherwise afford legal assistance.
