Catholic Charities Archdiocese of San Antonio (CCAOSA / Caritas Legal Services branch gives low-cost (or reduced/waived fee) immigration legal help for immigrants and refugees, including families and youth. They assist with adjustment of status (green card), naturalization, family-based petitions, U visas, VAWA petitions, T visas, asylum applications, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), removal / deportation defense, and other immigration relief.

Consultation fee of $50. However, they offer a sliding scale fee structure based on income and household size for qualified individuals, potentially reducing or waiving the fee. They also have grants that can help reduce or waive the fee for immigration service
