Sanctuary for Families provides free, confidential support for survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking, and related gender violence in New York City.

Its attorneys represent clients in family law, immigration, housing, and public benefits cases, and assist with orders of protection, divorce, and Title IX campus sexual assault advocacy.

Counseling and crisis intervention are provided by licensed clinicians.

The organization also operates confidential crisis and transitional shelters, and economic empowerment programs offering job readiness, technology training, and stipends.

Specialized programs serve children, unaccompanied immigrant minors, and trafficking survivors.

Offices in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.
