Migration Resource Center in Staten Island offers free or low-cost immigration legal services, education, and community outreach.

Its DOJ- and BIA-recognized legal team assists with Adjustment of Status, Asylum, Family-based petitions, Naturalization and Citizenship, Employment authorization, U and T visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS).

Attorneys and accredited representatives also provide legal representation before USCIS and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), including removal proceedings.

Educational and outreach programs support immigrants through citizenship preparation and access to trustworthy legal information.
