Make the Road New York offers free and low-cost legal services in immigration, housing, employment, and public benefits.

Immigration services include adjustment of status, consular processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), employment authorization, family-based petitions, NACARA, naturalization/citizenship, removal hearings, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), T visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions.

Attorneys also handle asylum and deportation defense, support survivors of gender-based violence, and provide culturally competent services for TGNCIQ immigrants.

Offices serve New York City, Long Island, and Westchester, with their main office in Brooklyn, NY.
