Legal Services

Immigration Law & Justice New York provides immigration legal services including advice and counsel, asylum applications, U Visa, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions, refugee adjustment of status, naturalization and citizenship, cancellation of removal or deportation defense, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), family petitions, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJ).

The organization also offers education programs such as “Know Your Rights” workshops for immigrants and training for church leaders who teach their communities about immigrant rights and legalization processes.

Services are offered at offices in New York City and Long Island, in partnership with local churches and volunteers to promote justice and family unity.
