Immigration Legal Services of Long Island (ILSOLI) is a nonprofit organization that provides free or low-cost immigration legal assistance and removal-defense representation to detained and non-detained immigrants residing or working in the Long Island / tri-state region.
Their services include asylum, adjustment of status, family-based petitions, DACA, TPS, U &amp; T visas, VAWA, and SIJS for minors under 21 who are unmarried and have been abused, neglected or abandoned.
ILSOLI also conducts community legal clinics, Know Your Rights presentations, and forms-based assistance.
