Immigration Advocacy Services is a nonprofit legal organization in Astoria, New York, providing immigration assistance for matters such as Adjustment of Status, Advance Parole, Affidavits of Support, DACA renewals, FOIA requests, Naturalization, Visa Extensions, Family Petitions, Waivers, Labor-Based Applications, Asylum, and Cancellation of Removal.

Services are available by appointment only, and free consultations are offered.

Staff and attorneys assist clients in multiple languages, including Greek, Hindi, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Punjabi, Spanish, and Urdu.

The organization does not provide removal or deportation defense.
