Empire Justice Center provides free immigration and legal services for New Yorkers who need protection most.
Immigration services include U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), adjustment of status, naturalization, and help obtaining government benefits.
The organization also assists in related areas such as domestic violence, civil rights, public benefits, and LGBTQ protections.
