Comprenhensive Services

Catholic Charities Community Services of Dutchess County (CCCSDC) provides free and low-cost immigration legal services to individuals and families residing in Dutchess County.

The agency assists with naturalization, family-based petitions, DACA renewals, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), adjustment of status, asylum, and humanitarian relief including VAWA and U/T visa applications.

Services are delivered by accredited representatives and attorneys through Catholic Charities’ Archdiocesan immigration program.

In addition to immigration legal services, CCCSDC offers a variety of programs designed to promote family stability and self-sufficiency, including case management, food assistance, homelessness prevention, counseling, and financial education.

All services are confidential and available to residents regardless of religion or immigration status.

This office is part of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, which provides immigration legal assistance and other services throughout the Lower Hudson Valley and Metro NYC.
