Legal Services

Catholic Charities Community Services (CCCS) operates an immigration legal services office in Newburgh to assist residents of Orange County and nearby Hudson Valley communities.

The office provides free and low-cost immigration legal assistance, including help with naturalization, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, asylum, DACA, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and humanitarian relief such as VAWA and U/T visas.

Legal services are provided by accredited representatives and immigration attorneys through the Archdiocesan immigration program.

In addition to immigration legal assistance, CCCS Newburgh connects clients with the broader Catholic Charities network for case management, food support, and other community resources.

All services are confidential and open to individuals regardless of religion or immigration status.

Serving residents of Orange County and surrounding areas, the office is part of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, which provides immigration legal assistance and other services throughout the Lower Hudson Valley and Metro NYC.
