Legal Services

CAMBA provides immigration legal services for individuals and families seeking lawful status in the U.S.

Services include advice, application assistance, and representation for citizenship and naturalization, family-based petitions, DACA, TPS, VAWA self-petitions, and T and U visas for survivors of domestic violence and other crimes.

CAMBA also offers refugee assistance, case management, and early employment programs through the Office of Refugee Resettlement.

Beyond legal support, CAMBA operates programs in Housing Stability, Education and Youth Development, Family and Community Support, Health, and Economic Development, serving thousands of New Yorkers each year.
