The Human Rights Institute at St. Thomas University provides legal services to unaccompanied immigrant children, including those who have been released from government custody. Services focus on removal defense (helping children fight deportation) and other immigration-related legal support. The Institute connects children with attorneys, provides consultations, and assists them throughout the legal process to ensure their rights are protected.
These services are available at no cost to eligible clients.
