Legal Services - ImportaMi

Church World Service (CWS) in Jersey City provides free or low-cost immigration legal services to refugees, asylum seekers, and immigrants in northern New Jersey. Their legal team supports:

<li>Afghan and Ukrainian nationals with asylum, TPS, and green card applications</li>
<li>Unaccompanied children with pro bono legal representation</li>
<li>Immigrants seeking DACA, work permits, family petitions, citizenship, and more</li>
</ul>
Services are available in English and Spanish. Appointments are required.
